Ambika enjoys books, travel to faraway places, history, art, antiques, good food and wine, and wants to spend her old age living in a rose cottage on a hill with a book and a cup of tea.

Anupama Jaiswal
Founding Partner
Over a career spanning more than 20 years, she has led and executed retained search assignments for several challenging and critical C-level leadership hiring across numerous sectors and functions. Anupama started her career in hotel operations, and thereafter moved to roles in Learning & Organisation Development with leading companies across sectors such as Hospitality, ITES and HR Consulting.
Anupama specializes in executive search and compensation consulting and has worked on several senior and mid-management level appointments within the domain of Hospitality, Automotive, Real Estate, Education and Energy sector.
Outside of work, Anupama loves gardening, enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family.

KOSISH, an award-winning NGO that has pioneered the provision of end-of-life palliative care services to the elderly and the terminally-ill in Jharkhand and West Bengal, covering more than 100,000 people.
Clothes Box Foundation, a social-impact organisation that is bringing sustainable change in the community, especially for the have-nots, by refreshing, reusing and recycling clothes and distributing more than 3,75,000 clothes across the country.
